Upcoming Retreats, Classes + Workshops
Magical Month of Meditation
What?
As we approach the holidays and the final weeks of 2024, indulge in different yogic meditation practices to relax your nervous system, calm and clear your mind, and increase intuition and subtle body awareness, includingβ¦
Yoga Nidra
energizing and calming breathwork
chakra activation practices
mantra meditation
and more!
All are offered virtually to practice from the comfort of your own environment.
Why?
Hilary Jackendoff and I are both new mothers, and we feel like we have so much to share, but we have no time to share it. So weβre being gentle with ourselves and coming together to share the workload and bring you a series of 8 classes over 4 weeks, alternating teaching slots. We may have to swap things around - because babies - but meditation is all about adaptability and acceptance, so youβll understand! :)
How much?
This series is priced very affordably at $120 and includes streaming access to all the recordings, through the end of December.

About Hilary Jackendoff
Iβm here to be of service, hold space, create community, uplift, and bring light to the shadows. Iβm all about creating sacred space, diving deep into powerful, transformational practices - without the dogma - and having a LOT of fun while I do it. Because spirituality doesnβt have to be so serious!
Iβm looking forward to sharing some of the tools and teachings that have helped me become a more self-aware, patient and compassionate human being - and less of an asshole! Thank you for trusting me to guide you!
Break the Cycle of Burnoutβa Desert Oasis Retreat
A Transformational Retreat Rooted in Rebellious Rest
Prioritizing yourself (read: rest!) can be one of the most challenging things. Believe me, I get it.
But Iβve come to learn that when youβre going quickly, doing more, and keeping busy in a season (read: fall) designed for naps, slowing down, and doing less, youβre going against the flow of nature.
Letβs face it, we live in a culture that celebrates busyness. A culture that would like us to believe we need to prove our worth through productivity.
But as the days get shorter, the nights get longer, and the weather gets cooler, do you really want to be doing more?
I believe we actually want to enjoy fall + winter resting and digesting with regulated nervous systems.
βIf we want to live more restful lives, we have to actually allow ourselves to rest.β
β NICOLA JANE HOBBS
Imagine getting to the root of where exhaustion and overwhelm stems from.
And, from there, planting seeds of an easy practice that transforms you from the inside out.
Imagine feeling refreshed, inspired, and aligned with natureβs rhythms, so much so that your heartβs deepest desire is effortlessly fulfilled.
This is all possible and waiting for you.
Take this long weekend to rebel against hustle culture + overdoing, to rebel against conditioned markers of success through busyness.
Take this invitation to see how much is possible when you actually do less.
Feel more alive by actually doing less. And learn to let go of feeling a guilty stigma about it!
PREPARE TO REST + DIGEST
Think of this retreat as an initiation to experiencing life without unnecessary exhaustion.
We will be doing deep work in an intimate group setting (5 participants max), so you walk away feeling empowered with easy-to-implement, transformational techniques.
ποΈ Bonus: This four-day, three-night desert retreat would be nothing without the nourishment of world-class (and dear friend!) Chef Shirley Temple. She will even be sharing a nourishing + inspiring cooking workshop in the spirit of rebellious rest.
