Break the Cycle of Burnout—a Desert Oasis Retreat

  • Desert Oasis, Phoenix, AZ (map)

A Transformational Retreat Rooted in Rebellious Rest

Prioritizing yourself (read: rest!) can be one of the most challenging things. Believe me, I get it.

But I’ve come to learn that when you’re going quickly, doing more, and keeping busy in a season (read: fall) designed for naps, slowing down, and doing less, you’re going against the flow of nature.

Let’s face it, we live in a culture that celebrates busyness. A culture that would like us to believe we need to prove our worth through productivity.

But as the days get shorter, the nights get longer, and the weather gets cooler, do you really want to be doing more?

I believe we actually want to enjoy fall + winter resting and digesting with regulated nervous systems.

“If we want to live more restful lives, we have to actually allow ourselves to rest.”

— NICOLA JANE HOBBS

Imagine getting to the root of where exhaustion and overwhelm stems from.

And, from there, planting seeds of an easy practice that transforms you from the inside out.

Imagine feeling refreshed, inspired, and aligned with nature’s rhythms, so much so that your heart’s deepest desire is effortlessly fulfilled.

This is all possible and waiting for you.

Take this long weekend to rebel against hustle culture + overdoing, to rebel against conditioned markers of success through busyness.

Take this invitation to see how much is possible when you actually do less.

Feel more alive by actually doing less. And learn to let go of feeling a guilty stigma about it!

PREPARE TO REST + DIGEST

We will be doing deep work in an intimate group setting (5 participants max), so you walk away feeling empowered with easy-to-implement, transformational techniques.
