MK's Bali Recommendations
While I may be on the ethical fence about recommending Bali, I know there are plenty magical spots to share… and share I shall.
I’d like to first suggest what piques my traveling interest is:
Leisurely days spent without tasks and to do lists
Tasty bites, preferably at veg/vegan-friendly joints
Yoga + meditation
Wandering around
Light window shopping
Soaking up natural beauty
Less of:
Touristy destinations focused on getting that insta shot
Drinking + subsequent late nights
Quick note: you’ll likely want to get a scooter while in Bali. I was fortunate enough to have a few friends scoot me around, but there are minimal sidewalks and things are rather far to walk to/from if that’s not your jam (especially in the heat). If you’re not keen on learning how to ride there, then you can always use GoJek or Grab to get a bike/car.
