Meghan Kemp has been practicing yoga since 2004 and teaching since 2015. Currently, you'll find Meghan on her mat at CorePower Yoga in Tustin, California, connecting with fellow students and teachers, as she's also the Assistant Studio Manager. Outside of CorePower, Meghan enjoys a Mysore Ashtanga practice, Kula & Wanderlust-inspired classes, and heavy focus on alignment and pranayama. Not sure what any of that means? C2 (Heated Vinyasa Flow)

C1.5 (Heated Vinyasa, with a Workshop Emphasis)
From challenge comes change. Designed to help you make the transition from level C1 to C2, this class will fire up your strength and core as you practice proper posture alignment, flow through demanding sequences and build heat from within by connecting breath to movement.
